With no rails needed, the Reese Fifth Wheel 30054 system has been specifically designed for heavy-duty towing using medium-duty cab and chassis style trucks. Offering 3" of leg height adjustment that mounts directly on to your trucks frame, this low-profile fifth wheel trailer hitch offers one of the easiest systems available.

The Reese Fifth Wheel 30054 trailer hitch can be mounted onto any medium sized truck, or cab and chassis style vehicle. Manufactured with the serious tower in mind, it provides maximum stability and towing capacity.The installation of the unit may require a degree of welding and fabrication as the Reese low-profile trailer hitch must be connected to either the main framework of the vehicle, or to a steel support system correctly secured into position. This unit is not intended for use on light duty pickup trucks, and should never be fastened only to the floor of the truck.
Two Piece Jaws For Extra Security.
The unique two piece jaw system allows for a more secure connection between the hitch and kingpin. This system reduces the movement often suffered by the more economical slide bar models, which, in turn, leads to a reduction in vibration and rattle, producing a smoother, safer and quieter journey.
