- You may return new items sold by Hitch Anything within 30 days for a refund, minus the shipping and handling fee.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

When returning an item(s), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. If the item(s) purchased had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DOES NOT accept returns on the following items:
1. Any item that has obvious signs of wear and tear and/or is missing parts or pieces.
2. Modular Wheelchair Ramps
3. Any custom ordered item.
4. Trailer Hitches that have been installed.
5. Clearance Items (These will be clearly marked as clearance items prior to your purchase.)
Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective in material or craftsmanship and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 1-855-791-0130 and we will guide you through the process.
